What You'll Be Doing:

Performing complex geotechnical analyses, including structural design of pile elements and underpinning systems.
Leading and supervising field investigations and foundation construction activities.
Preparing proposals, reports, technical documentation, and construction correspondence.
Managing multiple projects with accountability for budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
Supporting business development by building strong relationships with clients and identifying growth opportunities.


What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (Master's preferred).
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
6+ years of geotechnical experience.
Proven expertise in technical reporting, project coordination, and client management.
Strong understanding of codes, regulatory requirements, and geotechnical design software.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor and lead junior engineers.
