The Role
Lead complex water and wastewater projects from early concept through final delivery. You will serve as a trusted technical authority and project manager, guiding multidisciplinary teams and partnering closely with clients and regulators to achieve successful results.

The Requirements
Bring proven expertise in water and wastewater engineering along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering and an active Professional Engineer license
*
Eight or more years of experience in water and wastewater engineering with emphasis on facilities design, planning, and project management
*
Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, wastewater treatment technologies, hydraulic modeling, and regulatory requirements
*
Proficiency with AutoCAD, GIS, and hydraulic modeling tools such as EPANET, InfoWater, and WaterCAD
*
Demonstrated problem solving skills with the ability to develop innovative, constructible solutions
*
Clear written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach to clients and teams
