A fast-growing data center developer is searching for a Critical Facilities Manager to take charge of a large Critical Environment Campus in Greater Phoenix. You’ll lead the operations team supporting multiple hyperscale customers and own the performance of one of the most exciting digital infrastructure environments in the region.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations for a large-scale digital infrastructure campus
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented onsite site leaders and technicians
- Manage vendors, oversee rounds, resolve anomalies, and prioritize safety
- Build strong relationships with customers and represent the site with confidence
- Drive continuous improvement, tighten operations, and elevate the playing field
What You Bring
- 3+ years in mission-critical or data-center operations
- Experience leading teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Deep understanding of UPS, generators, cooling systems, and electrical distribution
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership instinct
