Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 7+ years of related experience with at least 2 years in a position of management
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
Responsibilities
- Execute projects and manage the development of multidisciplinary teams.
- Conduct client development and management activities to support the Building Engineering Services team.
- Plan and develop projects or design activities that significantly impact major company programs as needed.
- Design, plan production, and produce technical reports for general civil tasks on a variety of projects, including site layouts, grading and drainage, paving, site utilities, and related civil engineering activities.
- Lead and mentor other staff members.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Participate in leadership meetings focused on external marketing and planning.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, manage scheduling, budgeting, invoicing, and ensure project quality control.
