This business are a private equity backed developer that have grown to become a global player in a short amount of time. They have a large pipeline of land in the Chicago area, which means the opportunity beyond current developments is significant.
We would love to hear from individuals who are familiar with and/or have experience with the full lifecycle of data center construction. Although, experience within other asset classes is considered.
