We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Design Principal to join our clients team in either Tampa or Orlando, FL. About the Role: As a Design Principal, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's design vision and market presence while leading innovative projects that set new standards for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Position the firm as a global resource and trusted partner in the Civic and Community, Life Science, and Higher Education markets, enhancing both personal and organizational reputation as industry leaders.
- Design Excellence: Collaborate with design leaders to create exceptional work, embracing our holistic design approach (Invision, Discover, Iterate, & Act) and elevating the firm's design reputation.
- Project Leadership: Lead design teams to achieve high-quality project outcomes, including vision consensus, design criteria development, team composition, risk management, and client relations.
- Client Engagement: Prepare and present design concepts and plans to clients, guiding them through the approval process and ensuring their goals are met. Coordinate with architects, designers, and consultants to deliver outstanding project results.
- Operational Contribution: Partner with firm leadership to drive operational success and strategic initiatives.
- Mentorship and Growth: Mentor architects and designers, nurturing talent and contributing to the professional growth of the team.
- Strategic Collaboration: Participate in firm-wide strategic planning, retreats, and collaborative initiatives to advance organizational objectives.
- Core Values Advocate: Promote the firm's mission and core values in every aspect of your work.
